Highway Sign Project: A Perfect Combination of Precise Inspection and High-Quality Products

In highway construction, signboards, as a crucial feature of the roadway, guide vehicles safely and play a vital role. As a rigorous and standardized project, the quality of signboards is crucial not only to road safety but also to the lives of every driver. Our company – Hefei Mingchang was honored to undertake a recent highway sign project and successfully passed the stringent inspection standards. This project involved a series of meticulous inspections, including key indicators such as the full prismatic reflective sheeting coefficient, aluminum plate thickness, dimensions, font size, and spacing. Each item was rigorously tested in accordance with relevant regulations to ensure product safety and reliability.

1、Strict quality inspections ensure the perfect quality of the signboards.

In this project, the highway sign reflective film coefficient test was crucial, directly affecting the reflective effect and visibility at night or in inclement weather. Therefore, our signboards utilize high-quality Category 5 diamond reflective film to ensure clear and bright reflections in all conditions. Through rigorous testing, our signs meet high reflectivity requirements, ensuring safe driving at night or in low-visibility conditions.

Furthermore, the thickness of the aluminum plate is crucial. As the base material for signboards, aluminum plate must possess sufficient strength and stability to withstand the elements, including strong winds and vibrations. The thickness of the aluminum plate produced by our company undergoes multiple rigorous inspections and meets national standards, ensuring that the signs will resist deformation over time and operate reliably in various extreme climates.

In terms of dimensional and font accuracy, we strictly adhere to the requirements of the design drawings, ensuring that each sign is precisely dimensioned. We also meticulously control details such as font size, font size, and font spacing.
